Marcus Gresham studied voice and piano formally at The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance in 1989. In 2013, he also earned a Master of Biblical Studies from Charis Bible College, Colorado. At Ohio State Marcus composed his first Contemporary Christian song. His ability to effectively sing and write songs were used to reach his world for Jesus Christ. As a child, he learned to play piano, sing, and imitate the soul, funk, jazz and R & B sounds of his father's home stereo. Marcus learned to improvise and think 'outside of the box'. As a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel, He has served in full-time ministry since 1999 in roles such as Associate Minister of Music, Worship Pastor, Adjunct Faculty, and Executive Worship Pastor. His expertise includes voice, piano, songwriting, worship leading, choral directing, teaching, training and development, arranging, orchestration, and studio performance and production.  

Marcus’ music has lifted lives everywhere with the Good News of Jesus Christ. His heart is that people will hear each song and experience a personal connection with its message. His newest work, a studio album, “ALL THAT HE DOES”, was released on January 24, 2020, through MSG! Message Music. It highlights 12 original singer/songwriter tracks featuring the personal journey of Marcus from 2010 until 2018. Other releases are “ANGELS WE HAVE HEARD ON HIGH" (2014), “ENDLESS” (2011), “We Have Seen His Star” (2002), and “FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE” (2002).  

Singer/songwriter, recording artist, and producer, Marcus Gresham is the founder and owner of MSG! Message Music. He teaches at Worship Conferences, conducts Master Classes, and offers Training & Development for individuals, groups, and local church music ministries.
