From Abraham to David, we are reminded of what it means to be the children of Kingdom builders. Our roots are what connect us to our Father in heaven. It is God's Holy household that is carried in the shape of earthly connection. It is His marriage with the church that blesses our communion with one another. Our generations are the testimony of our faith; constant and connected to the guidance of Him. Here is a list of songs focusing on the generations of God's people.

We worship to express praise for who God is, to exalt Him, and to give thanks to Jesus. We worship to thank God the Father and Jesus, for all He has done for us, with grateful hearts. We worship to draw near to the living God, to spend time in His presence. We worship to experience Heaven on earth. We honor Him with our time, our resources, and who He is. In Matthew 4, Jesus was walking along the seashore. He saw a set of brothers fishing in their boat. He called out to them just as He calls out to you now. He said, “Follow Me.” In that moment, Peter and Andrew had a choice to make. Do they go on doing the good work they are doing, paying no mind to the man inviting them to drop everything and follow Him? Or to they take steps of faith, knowing there is something different about this Jesus? Later, Jesus calls Peter the rock on which He would build His church.
