Permission to Copy Forms

This form is for your convenience, as we now offer multi copy sales on each Song Detail page. Your initial purchase at PraiseCharts entitles you to make up to five copies of our print music.

You can purchase additional copies right on each song page, or you may use the form below to request permission to make additional copies of print or audio files sold from PraiseCharts. When permission can be granted, the cost for additional audio tracks is $0.25 cents per copy for rehearsal purposes. Other vocal and instrumental sheet music parts are $1 per copy, per part. Please note that PraiseCharts does not grant permission to copy audio masters that we do not sell directly. For monthly reporting, download the Permission To Copy Form, and then send in your report by email or fax.

Your initial purchase at PraiseCharts allows you to make up to five (5) copies of any chart. Additional copies can be purchased right on each song page.  The most common need for permission to copy is the use of vocal charts for worship choirs, and audio tracks for rehearsal purposes.  Keep in mind that in all cases, we are only authorized to sell permission to make copies for charts and tracks that were originally purchased at PraiseCharts.

If you require permission to copy numerous songs on a regular basis, you may find monthly reporting to be more convenient.  Remember that you are only granted permission to copy music if you are conscientious about making regular payments.  Essentially, this is a self-regulated responsibility.  (Most people find it easiest to go to the song page and just purchase more copies as they need them.)

To apply for monthly permission to copy reporting, please fill in the application form below.  Then, download the Permission To Copy Form so that you can submit your report every month online or by fax.  Based on the totals in the report, we will invoice you so that payment can be made.
