About
Noel Robinson is an influential songwriter, recording artist, and pioneer of the UK gospel life and career which now spans 20 years of ministry. Growing up, Noel was encouraged to contribute to Sunday worship following the example set by his father, also a musician. By the age of 13, Noel was playing double bass for his school orchestra, leading him to enroll in competitions where he was both recognized for his talent and given the opportunity for travel. Later, Noel turned his attention to jazz, improvisation, and composition, bringing each variant of sound and skill back into the house of God.
His early upbringing within London’s vibrant domination ‘Church of God of Prophecy’ later led to a position as the movement’s national music and communications director. Noel has since partnered with many of Christianity’s most prolific ministries ranging from Spring Harvest, Reinhard Bonnke & Christ for All Nations, Baptist Assembly, Assemblies of God, and the Elim network of churches, as well as a stint with BBC’s ‘Songs of Praise’.
Noel Robinson’s early experiences within the Pentecostal church are felt in this music, effortlessly fusing contemporary worship with gospel influences. The results are truly unique – a worshipful expression embraced by believers from a myriad of ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
An award-winning artist, Noel Robinson has released 6 albums to date including 2019’s ‘I Surrender. He is the author of popular church anthems, ‘Rain’ and ‘You Give Me Life.’

In the Christian liturgical calendar, there are several different Feasts of the Cross, all of which commemorate the cross used in the crucifixion of Jesus. Unlike Good Friday, which is dedicated to the passion of Christ and the crucifixion, these feast days celebrate the cross itself, as the sign of salvation. Holy Cross Day (September 14, 2021) honors Christ's self-offering on the cross for our salvation.
