Helena has a unique style of writing that always touches the center of who you are. Her melodies and composition are gentle and persuasive and take you on a journey. Jay's musical roots are blues and contemporary rock. His lyrics often explore matters of the heart..

Both Jay & Helena write out of what they have experienced in their lives collectively and individually often with a spiritual and personal focus. People have reflected they find their lyrics articulate what they have experienced or felt before but haven't found the words to express it.
