Lee Black is an accomplished songwriter, arranger, and producer in the Southern Gospel music industry. Born and raised in Texas, Lee began writing songs and playing piano in church at a young age. After studying music at Texas A&M University, he began his professional career as a songwriter in Nashville, Tennessee.

Lee has written many well-known gospel songs, including "What a Beautiful Name" and "Peace in the Valley." He has also produced and arranged music for numerous artists, including The Hoppers, Brian Free and Assurance, and Legacy Five. In addition to his work in gospel music, Lee has also worked on a variety of other projects, including film and television scores.

Lee has won multiple awards for his songwriting and arranging, including several Dove Awards and Singing News Fan Awards. His music has touched the lives of countless people around the world and continues to inspire and uplift listeners.
