Digital Sheet Music Refund Policy
Ultimately, we want you to be happy with the music you get from PraiseCharts. Our guarantee is that if you are not fully satisfied, we will fix the arrangement, exchange it for another, or give you your money back in full. We trust that you will not take advantage of PraiseCharts by abusing our refund policy. That means, if you download the music and use it, it would not be appropriate for you to return it and expect your money back. However, you won't find us to be unreasonable. We'll do whatever we can to ensure you have the best experience with our service and our arrangements.
We recommend that you preview arrangements before making your purchase. The previews are for your benefit so that you know exactly what you are getting before you make the purchase. And, when you do decide to make an investment, you can feel confident that your sheet music purchase is risk-free!
Shipped Sheet Music Refund Policy
For music you have chosen to have professionally printed and shipped to you, it is your responsibility to review the music well before ordering. We do not have a warehouse in which we can restock a returned printed order as everything is printed on demand and immediately shipped out. There may be occasion where we would refund or replace the music, but it would be on a case by case scenario, and does not include errors in selecting the wrong key or part. If a refund were to be issued, it would not include the cost of shipping and handling.
Pro Access Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel any subscription at any time. Annual subscriptions have 14 days after each billing cycle to cancel and receive an adjusted refund (based on purchased resources), while monthly subscriptions have 5 days after each billing cycle to cancel and receive an adjusted refund. Termination of a Pro Access Trial prior to paying for the subscription will cause your access to those charts to be immediately rescinded and removed from your My Library. Within a paid Pro Access subscription, you can cancel your subscription according to the terms listed in the Terms of Service. When you terminate your subscription, the applicable song products will remain in your account for the duration of the paid term, at which point the song products will be removed from your My Library and access to those song products through PraiseCharts will be rescinded.
Credit Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel any subscription at any time. The expiry date on all credits acquired through that subscription, as well as any top-ups, is set to 30 days after the day of cancellation (or expiry date if it's less). Annual subscriptions have 14 days after each billing cycle to cancel and receive an adjusted refund (based on purchased resources), while monthly subscriptions have 5 days after each billing cycle to cancel and receive an adjusted refund. You must contact support@praisecharts.com within the refund window if requesting a refund.
Credit Bundle Refund Policy
If you purchase a bundle of credits and then decide you do not need or want all of this great music from PraiseCharts, we do offer a refund option for the unexpired credits. Your refund will be calculated as the purchase price of the bundle less the full retail value of the products purchased with the spent credits.
How is my refund ‘adjusted’?
In Pro Access, if you have already accessed or downloaded music in the new subscription term, that use will be prorated before a refund is issued. If you have Credits and already used some of your credits, an adjusted refund will be issued, calculated as the price of the credit package less the full retail value of the products purchased with those credits.
