Up On The Housetop

Up On the Housetop is probably the producer’s favorite cut on the album. The slightly “west coast” approach of the horn section, the masterful brush work of Jared Johnson and one of the sweetest trombone solos heard in some time make this a very cool, tasty approach to the old classic. To quote the late, great Floyd Harshaw, ” I don’t care who you are….get those reindeer off my roof!”
