Get Ready For Online Multi-copy Permissions

Finally, after more than a year of development, we are ready to roll out a major update to PraiseCharts that offers online multi-copy permissions. We have tried to make the process easy and affordable for all our products. First off, with your initial purchase you can make up to five copies of anything you buy at PraiseCharts.  If you need more copies, they are $1 each for vocal and instrumental parts, and $0.25 cents each for chord charts and rehearsal audio tracks. 

In the past, you have had to manually request multi-copy permission by email or submitting a separate form. Now you can do it all online right in your account, for any number of copies, at any time. If you need to add copies to a song in the future, it is quick, easy, and affordable. If you have let photocopying get out of hand in the past and you need to catch up on copy permissions, or if you need permission to make copies of new music purchases at PraiseCharts, it is now easier than ever.

Online multi-copy purchase is rolling out into our catalog throughout the month of November.  If you have paid for copy permissions manually in the past, we are working on updating your account to reflect the number of copies you currently own for each song you have purchased. Please be patient as we update our records. If you have any questions about the cost or process, click on the little info icons for help.

Products that have online multi-copy permission enabled will have a button surrounding the number of copies you are purchasing, or have purchased. If you have purchased a song in the past, that number will reflect the number of copies you have permission for, along with a download button.  To add copies, just click on that button and add the number of additional copies you need.  Then, the download button will change to a checkout button.  After you check out your additional copies, you can download your charts again.  

If this is the first time you are purchasing a song, you will see [5] as the minimum number of copies you can purchase.  You can increase this number to whatever you need by clicking on the button.  The first 5 copies are included in the price for the chart or track.  Additional copies are $1 each for vocal and instrumental parts, and $0.25 cents each for chord charts and audio tracks. 

If you add a song to your cart from the Song List page, you will not see the option to add additional copies until you go to your Shopping Cart.  The popout demonstrated above is available on the Song Detail page, as well as the Shopping Cart.
